Cancellation Policy:

Registrations & Social Events
Before 26 February 2016 – Full Refund
Before 29 July 2016 – 50% Refund
After 29 July 2016 – No Refund
Accommodation
Before 26 February 2016 – 1 night will be charged
Before 3 June 2016 – 2 nights will be charged
After 3 June 2016 – No Refund

 

A €25 administration fee will be charged for any changes made to confirmed bookings.

Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of €25 will apply.

All refunds due will be processed after the conference. Refunds paid are less any bank or credit card charges.

Cancellations must be sent by email to info@conferenceorganisers.ie by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.

Payment can be made online via credit card – Visa and Mastercard accepted. Payment can also be made by bank transfer – details are available on the online registration form.
